Repairing the caulking on your RV walls

You’ll want to apply the caulking to a cool surface - out of direct sunlight. The warm caulk will be runnier which just takes the fun out of it!

You should use a plastic scrapper to remove the caulking, less chance of damaging the RV.

Is the WD40 the solvent based one? I am looking at caulking the seam along the roof and was told to avoid petroleum based lubricants near a rubber roof
