Eco mode neuters multi-threaded performance. It is much much much better to use curve optimizer and optimized PBO settings (PPT TDC EDC), you can accomplish the same 65w with equal temps limit but with SIGNIFICANTLY higher performance. Undervolting is the key.

the gaming results are at 1080p meaning if you play at higher resolution the difference will be even less..so it's 100% worth going with this

where are you geographically that ryzen 7000 platform costs less than intel? it seems quite the opposite here in Canada... building a Ryzen 7000 has a hefty premium over building either a 12th or 13th gen intel platform over here...

my 7900x on eco mode goes 51-62°C with normal workloads like gaming and youtube on and I only have like the cheapest Noctua cooler for it. maybe its my Lian Li meshify 2 case that gives it so good temps? but yeah im VEEERY happy with it

Wtf? On what planet does electricity cost $3.84 a kw? Here in Australia it varies from 22c to 30c at the high end. $3.84 cant be right surely

The old Wraith box cooler offers similar performance (~100MHz) to more expensive AIOs, very much against tech tuber expectations!
Dr Cutress explains what CPU designers say 1hr into his review live stream, the 95C bad idea is incorrect.
There's potential for more performance setting with under-clocking, slight frequency capping and power limiting to keep efficiency high with a more nuanced approach than the simple use of eco mode.

Why buy a 16 core and run it on 65w?? Makes no sense..even if the reason is to save power?? Really?? Paired to 3090ti? Do you even save enough power? PBO and negative offset limit would be much better overall..

I have the 3900XT compares to this I can't even tell a difference when loading Call of Duty 2019. It's pointless to have it unless you do video editing.
