I hate lunges, but they help with my leg and thigh pain.

Also, in that first stretch, would you advise to tuck your tailbone?
I find that makes the stretch more available and I’m able to lean back and stretch quads n hipflexors.

Sitting down on heels and leaning back cracks the lower spine nicely.

Hi - I have this problem because I squat alot. my range of motion is great in the squat but my quads are very tight. What would you suggest to alleviate this? (incidentally my hip flexors are also very tight probably from being a desk jocky during the day)
