Windows Update Destroyed My SSD!

After the latest Windows 11 update my main gaming system started giving me the blue screen of death and rebooting constantly. I attempted to uninstall Windows, but the drive wouldn't let me no matter what I tried. So, I bought a new SSD and installed Linux Mint. Now I will never go back to Windows ever again, and that makes me so happy!

Linux mint 21 correctly supports 10th gen intel integrated graphics out of the box. Personally, I prefer the XFCE version but that's probably just because I have always used that.

I'm currently using Linux Mint XFCE on my Thinkpad T420 and I love it. I've chronically distro hopped for like a decade, and I've come to the conclusion that the two best distros are Linux Mint and Fedora respectively.

I like Mint. Always a good choice! Lighter at that.

I use Fedora and I love it. Running on a 4th gen i5 and a gtx1070. Windows is just trash nowadays.
