Lenore: The Show's Biggest Villain?

We're taking a quick look at Lenore, ex-wife of Bill and overall terrible person.

missed one, the Buckley and Luanne breakup episode when Hank says "look at Bill. he went through the worst divorce in this town and you never see him cry" cut to Bill closing his window shades "AHHHAHAHA!!!"

"Lenore Dauterive. Maiden name unknown. Possibly Satan." that caught me by surprise. made me laugh really hard but yeah caught me by surprise.

If you think about it Bill is actually kind of a catch:
- He's love starved so he'd never cheat on you. He'd literally worship the ground you walk on
- He has a great government job and thus government benefits (pension, good insurance, et cetera)
- He not only owns his own home, he's lived there long enough that it's quite possibly close to being paid off
- He actually has a general skill set

If he broke out of his depression he'd likely lose weight and take better care of his physical appearance. The right woman just has to take a gamble on him and could hit the jackpot.

I like how Lenore knows Bill's mother's maiden name and his ssn but not his birthday

She's somehow even worse than Nancy. At least Nancy doesn't enjoy hurting Dale

Finding out crows can actually talk makes the raven poem crazy, you really could hear one tell you "Nevermore."

Nancy doesn't have fidelity issues. She's had the same lover for over a decade.

"Okay Stephen, we need you to try and speak in a high pitched voice like a bad impression of a woman. But with every other word, you need to use your actual bill voice."

That session must've have been a riot.

That’s the one thing I wanted to see in the original series: Bill sticking to a fitness routine, rebuilding his life, and finding someone.

There is an answer to the divorce in 1991. She could have left before then but didn't file for and forge Bill's signature on the Divorce papers.

Couple things:
1: In _The Man Who Shot Cane Skretterberg_ Bill says Lenore left him because he's "lazy and dependant, " which shows Bill is aware of his problems.
2: I would pay money to have Stephan Root record an audio version of _The Raven_ using Bill's voice.
3: If Lenore did show up to the Christmas party, she absolutely would've worn the same dress as Bill.

It's also worth noting, Lenore specifically points out she found out about Bill through the Society pages. Tells us she purposefully found out where he was going to be and stalked him in order to try to worm her way back into his life.

I genuinely despise Lenore. She was a true villain, absolutely irredeemable. Probably the one who influenced Nancy to cheat on Dale, she's so evil.

Lenore is what happens when you combine the wicked witch of the west from Wizard Of Oz and with the evil witch queen of Snow White and with Leanne.

The evilest thing she did in the entire show was make the Dreamworks face in her first on-screen appearance

My mom has had infidelity problems. She cheated on my dad with another woman between 2008-09. It’s unclear whether or not she’s a full on lesbian or bisexual. When I was around 11-12 she and her second girlfriend took me, my brothers, and said girlfriend’s sons to an Apostolic church. They kissed and held hands in the church and as far as I know nobody said a thing to them about their relationship. Thankfully my dad had us for full time and mom was and is still on the dead beat dad schedule. I hated every second of being around my mom and her female love interests. I remember mom and her 2nd girlfriend constantly arguing. There were times they would argue while driving and some of us kids were not in seatbelts, the car would sometimes go a little out of control. As of 2019 she actually got remarried to man with 2 baby mommas. This guy clearly cheated on his girlfriend while she was pregnant with their second child and got another one pregnant. Mother of the year ladies and gentlemen.
