Wish you would say this only applies to power lifters. Our backs are meant to bend and need to he strong in those ranges. Also interesting you say back strength has little to do with back health, yet Constantly assess and evaluate and say posterior shoulder strength directly correlates with shoulder health. Training your muscles to be strong with movement is what the body was meant to do. Most people who have back pain aren't elite lifters. Most of the time back pain is unspecified

I like the positivity in this channel. Anyone can point the wrong / stupid workout and or techniques but not everyone can find good videos and emphasize the positives in them.

I just discovered this channel a few days ago I already feel a stronger more resilient core. Life changing information on this channel. Spine stability is such a game changing concept for me as opposed to doing ab workouts
