I also respect you Shivam bhaiya, but I was doing barbell rows since for 7 months with light to heaviest weight, but don't feel any discomfort in my lower back, but I also not telling that this excercise is not for all who have any lower back problems, or who feel any discomfort while doing barbell rows . One doubt, if both are almost similar movements then how come landmine rows resistance profile is good, i mean both of them are almost same only the arrangements of weights is varying.

Mere ko farak nahi padta konsa better hay ya nahi hay mere liye barbell rows best hay or this helps my back to reach its full level.. or may 10 saal se back me barbell rows ko khabi skip nahi kiya and i never felt any extra load in my lower back because may aukat anusar leta huu abhi bhi show of nahi karta 😅
