They’re creating supply that other prisoners crave at a higher cost.
All the basic things we take for granted on the outside world becomes a high commodity.

We didn’t have cans in state prison we had pouches. We would brake out acrylic mirror and used it as a cutter. Anything that can be used as a knife is called a cutter because a knife is something you fight with. Also the very thin razor we brake out of the shaver, but you can only cut something’s with that

I wouldn't think a prison would sell food in an aluminum can....The lid could cut way more then food...Those lids are deadly..That doesnt sound right to me...
