Okay so RE Dzeko Dan thinks he's most likely not even recommended as it's not his preferred position. Personally I think a major flaw with the recruitment focus as he definitely met the criteria we were wanting for the position

Nice example. I've had very mixed results with specific searching like this, in your case I'd say you got decent recommendations. Sometimes you just get nothing, or you can find better options among other scouted players. The game is also kind of bad at assigning scouts automatically and you can clog up other recruitment focuses like this.

Overall I think the focuses are OK, but they need to improve upon them. It's all very complicated right now and you can't even set a default so you don't have to click 15 times every time you set a new focus up. Automatic assigning of scouts and analysts is a mess. AI generated focuses make no sense way too often.

I wish we could just give the chief scout some general guidelines and he would set everything up from there. So that it could be mostly automated, but you wouldn't get stupid focuses like MLS or a bunch of old guys scouted and so on.

Great video mate. Any chance you could do something for a general focus im having no luck what so ever with any type of focus I tried this but instead of focusing on a certain position or role I put it on any position and nout.
