Well being vegan is truly about animal ethics to preserve animals as much as possible while helping the environment!

But when it comes to your health, there are a lot of vegan products that’s available but what should you eat?

Is the new Burger King impossible whopper healthy? 🤔It’s vegan right!?

Here’s the thing, when have you been to a fast food restaurant to get healthy foods?

When does cookies, cake, and ice cream just magically became healthy because it’s vegan?

It’s still junk food!

Do you understand what I mean!?

To get a six pack and be a healthy vegan. You need to adapt to a plant based diet.

The more plants that you eat the healthier your body will become.

But I am not perfect, I do have my vegan junk food.

I use a strategy to balance my lifestyle while optimizing all the vitamins, minerals, and fiber within my diet.

I use an app called MyFitnessPal to count my macronutrients.

It is different than counting calories because I am able to understand and know my limit when it comes to the balance of healthy and unhealthy food.

Portion control is the key to a healthy lifestyle.

Most diets can be extreme and creating good habits can last for a life time.
