Hey guys!It really works. To be precise, it's been two weeks since today and my fingers have changed to the point that others have noticed I do it regularly but once a day. I think it started to change from the 5th day. Thank you very much

Day 4 ✅ there’s a difference
Day 5 ✅
Day 6 ✅ my hands are much more slimmer and bones are showing

Ребята, это реально работает!
1 месяц занимаюсь:
На 1 день у меня были 2 тренировки и пока что было презрезультатно. А уже на 7 дней начинаю замечать изменения. На 14 днем у меня уже сильно видно результат, моë окружение начало это замечать.
У меня в 1 дне были только 2 сложности, а потом уже спокойно это делаю.

This actually works! I've been doing it for 11days now and my hands have changed so much that I can actually see the difference it started changing from day 5 I think. Good luck to the rest of u!!!!

0:26 Hands clasped together and twisted for 30s
1:00 Put ur hands together, clench and open ur hands for 30s
1:37 Put ur hands together and twisted up and down in waves for 30s
2:13 Spread ur fingers and press ur fingers together. slowly rotate down and up for 30s
2:54 Spread ur fingers and press ur fingers together Hold for 10s ( 3 Rounds)
3:42 Place ur hands on top and bottom like this. press them together Hold for 10s ( 3 Rounds)
5:00 Spread ur fingers, hold one finger at a time with ur thumb, complete all finger and do the reverse
5:42 Bring ur hands together and turn ur wrist in circular motions for 30s
6:26 Joins hands together and move ur hands down to the stomach. push ur hands together hold for 30s
7:07 Press ur hand down 90Degrees, push ur hands together, hold for 30s
7:47 Hands close together, move to the left and press fingers to tilt left. Slide to the right and tilt ur finger to the right for 30s
8:31 Spread ur fingers open and clench ur fist repeat for 30s
9:09 Spread ur fingers open and make a semicircle for 30s
9:47 Bring ur fingers togetherand stretch them forward, hold for 30s
10:27 Place ur hand in front of u and bring ur fingers behind ur back, hold for 30s
10:50 Place ur finger tip facing the floor and bring ur fingers behind ur back, hold for 15s
11:08 do it for the other hand as well ( 15s)
11:46 Put ur hands in front of u, grab ur fingers and pull them back and the rest of the fingers pressed together ( complete all fingers)
12:56 Put ur hand on ur finger, turn it around and pull it out one finger at a time ( for 2 Hands)

Попробую делать это 2 недели.
1 день:Пока что сделала первый подход, сделаю вечером ещё один.
Залайкайте чтобы я не забыла!
2 день: два подхода
3 день:два подхода
4 день:забыла(
5 день:три подхода(утром, в обед и в вечер)
6 день:один подход
7 день:один подход
Сейчас пальцы будто стали более худыми чем раньше и немного длиннее, думаю буду продолжать дальше(кстати, эти упражнение делала вместе с кремом для рук, чтобы было полегче).

I’m gonna try it for 1 week
Day 1: ✅ did 3 times and already see quit a little difference 
Day 2: ✅ did 1 time and found out my fingers became a little more thinner!
OMG this exercise must have been great cause there’s already a difference for me in only 2 days!
Day 3: ✅ Same fingers as day 2 so no difference.
Day 4: ✅ such a big difference!!!!
Day 5: ✅ my fingers became really sore :(
Day 6: ✅ the pain reduced! Back to stretching!!
Day 7: ✅ Oh My GoOdNeSS this works wonderfully!!!!
Guys before I send this comment my fingers are already kinda thin from day 1, so I might have different results from you guys! But I just wanted to say that this really works! I didn’t expect that lol!

I did this for 5 days now. It really helps! My fingers didn't get that much longer but they already got a bit thinner and I can see my bones much clearer and better now! Even my wrist got a bit thinner! IM SO HAPPYY RIGHT NOWW!! 🤩🤗 Im gonna continue for some days Thank you so much for this video! ❤️

day 1: ✅my hands was hurting while doing it, but after felt good
day 2 : ✅my hands hurted less than day before
day 3 : ✅ done
day 4 : ✅ done, maybe i see small difference !
day 5 : ❌ i was ill
day 6 : ✅ hurt a bit, no difference from day 4

Это и вправду работает. 11й класс, поступаю на архитектурный, много часов трачу на рисование, черчение, да и пишу тоже прилично. После этих упражнений не чувствую напряженности в кистях, а еще пальцы вытягиваются. В общем, рекомендую)

doing this for two weeks!

Day 1 Wednesday 2nd august
✅- not noticing much features, just started this challenge! Workouts were simple and fun to do! I’m excited to see what the results will be like in two weeks! 💕💕 see you tommorow


Day 2- Thursday 3rd august
✅- same as yesterday, exercises were so fun and great to do! I really recommend taking a photo of your hands and you can compare them after two weeks, that’s what I did and I’m so excited to see what will happen in the next coming weeks! 💕💕 sorry for the late reply also! see u all tomorrow 💞

Day 3- Friday 4th august
✅- IM SO SORRY I FORGOT TO DO MY JOURNAL! but I did do this workout yesterday, really good! didn’t notice any features but that’s okay! have to keep goingg! 💞💞


Day 4- Saturday 5th august
✅- great workout! the clench fists things really hurt and now some of my hands are a little sore but it’s okay! workouts were really great! but features wise, nothing 😢 but its okk! i know they will be there! see u all Sunday 💕💕

Day 5- Sunday 6th august
❎- didn’t do my workout yesterday because I had a swollen lip and needed to rest/take medicine for it so it was a pretty hetic.

Okay, I'll try to do it for a week too!

Day 1 - ✅ Done! While exercising my fingers hurts but now it's alright. I can see a little different before and after ;D
Day 2 - ✅ Done! Now It didn't hurt at all. Also I don't see any difference between d-1 and d-2. But I'll keep doing it
Day 3 - ✅ No pain, but also no difference
Day 4 - ✅ Don't feel any difference but when I look at my fingers from 4 days ago they do look a bit better
Day 5 - ✅ Almost no difference from day 4
