My wife and I did a 18 night transpacific cruise…it went by too fast. LOL

Sometimes it is what you can do. It is great just to be on a ship and get away. Yes, the ports do matter.

4 days/nights does go by way too quickly…but I’m just excited for my 4-night on Freedom in September and to be back on a ship!

YES! We just got into relaxation mode when it was the last day of our recent 4 day Freedom of the Seas cruise. Looking forward to the 7 nighter!

I’ve only done one short cruise, 4 days to the Bahamas. My uncle set it up as a family reunion and it was perfect for that. Our big group got perks from the cruise line and we all had fun. Alone, my husband and I haven’t taken a cruise shorter than 7 days which is about the shortest length that makes sense to us.

4 NIGHTS IS ENOUGH and a very good bargain. Very different from a 3 night or 7 night. I have to work on the weekend and 4 NIGHTS allows me to get away Monday to Friday and be back for work.

Leaving from the NY area a four day cruise way too short..11 days or more is great!

Yes. A 4 day cruise is too short coming from Michigan. To any port... at least 7 days

A 3 day cruise on carnival was my first and shortest cruise.

My longest cruse was 21 days on NCL.

I like the longer cruises 3 and 4 day cruises attract a different cruise.

I have taken some four day cruises, and they are good weekend getaways from reality for me, I don’t care as much about the ports of these types of cruises, I just enjoy relaxing on the ship and unplugging from the world.

To answer the query yes, but it is well worth the time away.

4 days is short. And for a numbered of years, it's what I could afford.

In the UK we sailed on Anthem with just over 700 guests.

Four days was enough for a cruise to nowhere here in the uk, It’s a good start to get back to cruising plus we had a royal up to a grand loft suite for the lowest bid. it made our first cruise back so much better having this great suite on anthem.

I did a 4 night cruise just because it was going to Havana cuba and it went very fast!

I think for night. Cruises are great but I prefer 5 night and up

I'll take a 4 day any time. Longest I went was 11. I was very ready to go home on day 11.

As usual the answer is "it depends". We have been on several 5 day cruises, but we decided to stick to 7+ because that is 40% more fun

I echo the sentiment that 4-nighters are too short and will add in they are DEFINITELY too short if you don't live close to a port. All of the effort spent getting there via flight or long road trip makes the long weekend go by waaaay too fast.
