This is a complex issue, but here's the truth. We have a health crisis on our hands. It doesn't make sense to hear someone who is morbidly obese say that they love themselves while at the same time shoving twinkies in their mouth. As a speaker, your physical body is the cover by which people will judge the contents of your book. How are your clients supposed to take you seriously if you can't even control what you put in your mouth?
