5 boxes flavored jelly powder, cooked per package direction
2 cups of water
1/4 cup white sugar
3 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
1 big can 395g condensed milk
1 big can 375ml evaporated milk
1 pack 250ml or 1 cup all purpose cream
