IT’S ME AGAIN. Man. There is so much rare and valuable information in your videos. You make incredibly elusive health issues simple and clear as day. And you make it very clear that our bodies are a connected system and when one thing breaks, it can cause something else to break down. You have seriously helped me so much. I have been able to identify and address and FIX multiple issues solely because of the work you’ve done. I scoured the internet desperate for answers and resources coming up empty until I found you. Thank you.

Was in the hospital for a severe asthma attack and received high doses of steroids and tapered off and now I’m suffering from Adrenal fatigue and I have every symptom known. Every little thing runs me straight down. Steroids have this effect on your life and I just learned why a large part of my life I had such a low quality of life from always feeling extremely tired. I am still on my journey to try and combat this problem.

68-year-old band nerd here, so definitely not one of the cool kids. I cannot seem to get my BP numbers up. I took electrolytes for several weeks and still take a lot of magnesium and salt. I gave up on HCL because in the end I was taking a handful with each meal but getting no effect. Thyroid removed in 2015, IBS-C, arthritis, psoriasis. Just took the BP test. 101 lying flat on the floor, 96 standing up. Crap. I've been learning how to read lab results. I get a very comprehensive blood and urine test from the VA twice a year. Fasting glucose 122, low Hemoglobin in December (after holiday food, but still). My doctor thinks I'm a marvel of health because I'm slim, my BP is low, and my cholesterol falls in the normal range (and men my age should be lying on the scrap heap). Meanwhile, I have never been so tired in my life. My sleep has always been bad, but now it's terrible. I seldom sleep past four in the morning. I'm doing a lot of good things--since the last labs, no sugar, good fats. I'm going to keep "frood" out of my diet this year and keep taking electrolytes even if I don't see immediate results. I want to lower my fasting glucose and see if that helps. I know I need to do more, but I'm starting with that.

Definitely makes sense, mine was 98/67 laying down and 77/62 with standing. This is my every day since I was 25 and fainting is not fun. Thank you for this ❤️

How to treated in your adrenal fatigue?

Great info, thank you! So is a 'lack of resources' a more significant stressor than food sensitivities or blood sugar dysregulation when it comes to Adrenal Fatigue? I've read a lot about blood sugar dysregulation and food sensitivities being the main physiological stressors with Adrenal Fatigue. And also, if you increase your activity (say you add in an extra long walk to your day) then you notice you 'crash' the following day (and have light and sound sensitivity), can this directly be due to a lack of resources to manage the walk, thus causing significant stress?

Ok go up but by how much? What if it’s the lower number that had the most difference? I had 10 points difference on top number. Is that enough?
