I think a film or TV series should be done on the events prior to "Game of Thrones." The back histories are all intriguing, harrowing, and epic. King Aerys deserved what he got. If only he knew the real danger lied with the man he trusted most. The murders of the rest of the Targaryens was not necessary and indeed was savage! I look forward to reading the rest of the books :D

I will never understand when it’s war why do they have to rape? As if killing innocents isn’t bad enough but what exactly does raping have to do with “war” smh even killing the babies as wrong as it is I understand the “reason” behind it so they won’t grow up and try to kill you but rape is just for the “fun” of it and that’s what I can’t understand or respect 😡
