Fun fact: growing fruit trees from seed does not mean the fruit will taste exactly like the one you've had. Fruit trees from seed usually take several years to produce fruit and if it does it may be the worst or best tasting fruit you've had, or somewhere in between.

If you want to grow fruit you know will taste good it's better to get a graft of that variety. These are usually the fruit trees you find at stores. Grafting is basically taking a branch from the tree of the fruit you like and growing it on another tree. This way you don't have to play guess and check years down the line to know if you have a good fruit or not.

I do the same.
You can take a "good" Pineapple crown, twist it off, peal off some of the lower leaves place in a cupof water until it roots. Once it roots cut the crown into three or four crowns.
One crown can be turned into 4 Pineapple plants.

I see if I can plant my seeds without stratification. They've once grown without cold stratification. They still grow.

You said that you didn't apply a cold stratification to them? I think that before you bought them, they were likely kept under cool conditions to extend the shelf life of the fruits. That was probably enough to break down the germination inhibitors.

Awesome! I just began cold stratifying my nectarine seed from a super yummy fruit i had a snack with. Hope you get all the growth!

Not true
I grew a peach tree from a pit that I found on the side of my street
Stuck it in a planter in fall
Next spring I found it growing stuck it in a pot it grew fast got one flower that turned into a peach
Tasted good🎉
