Pizza delivery driver fired after being robbed

A pizza delivery drive said he was fired after he was robbed of his cash and car. Lance Hernandez has the story.

As a delivery driver, sometimes we get switched to different stores so don’t have a “lockbox” and have to keep it on our person

Dominos Pizza fired me after I left my car running while delivering a pizza a guy jumped in my car and took off. They fired me because I had more than $20 in my car. I had maby about $ 80 in my car. They said that I was a threat to security.

I deliver pizza for a family shop.They tell me the job to do...not how to do the job. I love the family I work for.
NO FREAKING WAY would I ever work at Domino's or any other big chain pizza shop. Too impersonal.

god damn I work as a delivery driver for a smaller local chain where I live and they don't mind how much we carry shoot All shift yesterday I was carrying $2, 860 cash in my pockets before I could deposit it lol Im not 21 yet so I do keep a long knife in my shoe or waist for my security.

I had Papa Johns Pizza once. It was a horrible pizza, especially the dough.
