I’ve been looking for a card to apply to. I tried Disney Chase Visa because I wanted the rewards but wasn’t accepted. I will try this one. My grandfathers were both in air force and I have 1 still living.

Why it’s always “ask your mom” and never “ask your dad” when it comes to authorize user ?

Im angry at myself for not using this credit union before. I've had an account for over a year and never did anything with it. Ive been searching for some high limit cards and never realized Navy Federal could help me out. Since i know what i can do starting next month, im moving my direct deposit over, get some starter cards, and someone just added me as an authorized user to help me out with my credit. I won't use that card, but i know my utilization will decrease. Does anyone know if i can apply for my own card after being added as an authorized user to another card, or is there a waiting period?
