Hi there Mate,
I know this is an older post, but thank you for getting me started in using Pages for simple spreadsheets. Just wondering if you could help please. I have two separate tables relating to the same project (in the one Pages doc) with the 'sum' formula activated to total all items in each as you have shown. What I wish to do, is take the 'sub' totals for each table, and have a 'Table 1 + Table 2' Final Grand total in a small separate box (table) at the bottom as per your video. Ideally, if I then alter an item in say 'table 1'... the Grand total at the bottm updates automatically. I've tried a couple ways to achieve this with not luck. I think maybe I'm pushing the App beyond it's 'simple' capabilities, or more likely... I don't really know what I'm doing. (Sadly I can no longer download 'Numbers' as my OS is too old.) I am working on a Risk calculator for trading.. I want to display the position size which is easy if the position is Long.. however it displays a negative position if I am going Short.. I am trying to as the option to Long or Short using the If formula but I seem to be doing it wrong. Do you have any videos that show how to put conditions on words?

What's the formula to update the invoice number every time you make a new one. For example yours says AD0003, how do you have it automatically update to AD0004 next time ? Thanks

I am going crazy here. How do I copy value only from a Numbers spreadsheet and past it into Pages document? I've tried all the combinations I could google like Shift Command V and EDIT > Past Formula Result but it doesn't work. Everything is so super AI smart but simple stuff I have to do manually with risk for typing error.. :/
