I have had a mild case of it and what I found helped and basically got rid of it, at least for now is wetting the toilet paper. I use a dry piece, then a wet piece and then a dry piece. It's something really simple but it made a big difference. Wetting it helps you get cleaner faster back there also.

Appreciate the video! There's a few things I felt were missing. How should one approach exercise, sitting / standing / laying down? I.e special pillows (donought, holed, memfoam etc) worth it or do they make it worse. Do we need to do anything special if we want to lay in bed reading on back for instance. There's SO much conflicting info it's impossible to know what's truly effective and what makes it worse without sifting through tons of research, and even then it's hard to know what's quality study or not without the correct knowledge, wisdom and first hand experience.

Don't sit when you poop, do it standing or squatting, less pressure and try to take a hot shower after you poop, it prevents it.

Umm so let's say I used a bidet and my butt is all wet. How am I supposed to remove the excessive moisture? BC they don't come with a dryer
