Nice to see kāne take interest in hula. Kāhiko should be performed in `aiha`a (knee's bent and danced in this lowered stance) and feet flat on the ground, no lifting of the heels. Love your posture, beautiful straight

This is so far the easiest to understand instructions, but it would be nice if someone did a basics with verbal instructions. Like if they were teaching 1st graders. Haha. As women, we KNOW how to move our hips, and I see that some of the steps are similar to basic ballet or jazz, but still, it's been so long since I've even practiced dance. The parts where you're supposed to lift the heels and swings hips simultaneously is what's stumping me.
