Great video. This is one of the best commentaries on this subject I have seen. I’m changing careers in my 40s to software development. I started with a bootcamp and had no job opportunities so now I’m getting a master’s in CS. Between AI and tech layoffs it’s hard not to wonder if I made a mistake trying to get into tech but this video helps me keep everything in its proper perspective.
