I got crazy results using TWO HERBS on the FIRST DAY of Fasting

My goal was to embrace the New Year with new energy through a 7 day fast. I feel it was one of my most successful short term fasts I've done in a while. And to think massive healing occurred on Day one. Looking forward to warmer days and longer fast sessions. My journey of healing is far from over.

My fasting goal was to observe Lent. Although I did not fast the entire 40 days, I was able to achieve remarkable cleansing results. When I combined Spiritual components such as daily Mass, Holy Communion, prayer, and giving; I gained a spiritual cleansing as well. I did not start out saying I'm going to give up this for Lent. But it was identified to me aspects of my life that I needed to let go of. At Church at Palm Sunday last week, I truly felt invigorated, and had more energy as I walked. People commented that I had lost weight. I felt great.... My college roommate was from Pittsburg. I have fond memories of my visit there.

Sarsaparilla and burdock root soak and boil or boil and soak! That burdock is 1 that is hard to take down . Then u mentioned yellow dock and sarsaparilla
