Thank I went through every one of my apps and was shocked how many had permission to run in the background.... I restricted every one of them that i don't use often. I can already see my battery not draining as fast from 6 hours ago. I have a suspicion I need to do this monthly. Especially the Samsung apps.

i turned that wifi throttling OFF and my standby battery drain IMPROVED A LOT

Usually in Samsung you need to enable developers options. Go to your build number in your software information and tap it 7 times which will enable it. Tap back on your main system menu and it should show down near end of the system list. You should be able to find WiFi throttling way down the Developers list.
