A fortified area is a fort lol.. regardless if it's sticks in the ground packed with mud or a building that was once used as a place of worship

If you are from Texas, you already know all of this.

And the reason there were only 5400 Mexicans at the Alamo is because they only had 3 pickup trucks!😅

Wrong this video is spreading misinformation. There was around 5400 men in the Mexican army crossing into Texas in the spring of 1836. There was 185 warriors defending the Alamo.

First get your facts straight. Historians don't agree as to the exact number of men Santa Anna had. Most agree that he had at least 1800 men but could have had as many as 6000 men. While the exact manner of Davy Crockett's death not known the consensus among historians is that he died in battle. Even if it was 1800 against 200 that's still astronomical odds and Santa Anna is still a murderer. Do your homework. All I had to do is Google it.

Um sir, you need to check your facts before you try and upset the second largest state by size and population with your silliness. The Alamo most certainly was a fort, being converted from the mission by the Mexican army in the beginning of the revolution. It was used as a fort in the Siege of the Alamo which the Texans won and attempted to build up even stronger when the Mexican army showed up in the spring after marching over the mountains in the winter. To add on to the facts which you presented, the Mexican army mobilized 6, 000 troops for the defeat of the Texans which is probably where the confusion comes from. They sent thousands across Texas to fight with 1, 800 being sent to battle at the Alamo led by President Santa Anna (A debatably more prestigious title, though I will agree he acted more as a general than a true president, representing his own desires rather than the desires of the Mexican people, which caused the Revolution in the first place.)
