Sounds like a lemon. I haven't had any issues with my XLT hybrid. 1500 miles so far.

Question please:
-Where do I jump it when I kill the battery?
- Any structural issues when I want to make a small hatch in the front of the bed like a Chevy Avalanche?
- Been waiting six months, how do you know about when your truck comes? 5 months in I received a totally non committal letter from Ford. The ONLY communication I received from Ford.

I called my local dealership to order a Hybrid XLT and they told me that they have stopped taking orders till the summer. 😭

My lariat also shutters when it switches from electric to gas especially on a cold morning

Was finally able to get my hands on one. It was a customer order that they didn't end up purchasing so I snagged it while I had the chance. Velocity Blue Lariat Ecoboost fwd. Not the configuration I wanted but it'll be good for me to try the EB for now and see if it suits my needs. I still plan to place an order for a 2023 when orders open up again to get the build I want and the dealer said they would take my current 22' back for full price trade in on the 23' so its not really hurting me either way having this one for now. But I'm not canceling my Silverado EV preorder just yet either just in case the Maverick doesn't work out for me.

You’re not the only one with the shuddering when transitioning from electrical to ICE. I’ve seen quite a few people mention it in forums and stuff and I kinda ALMOST want to say that it seems like a normal thing with this truck, which is something I also don’t want to say, but I guess only time will tell. Thankfully there’s a warranty for the first 3 years lol

Just recently got my Hybrid, XLT Lux. I have notice a weird sound when I am parked. Also sucks I ended up paying the upped price for the Maverick, even though I placed the order in July 🤷.

Thanks for the video. Looks like the around town experience is solid which is where I would mostly be using mine. What has your MPG been so far? And I finally got a VIN and build week (May 9th) for my July 15th Hybrid Lariat Lux order!
