Zero Two and Hiro is the best ship in the anime no doubt, but Ichigo was Hiro's wake up call and cared for him the whole time Zero Two didn't know who Hiro was. She was selfish and extra but I can see how unbearable it is to lose someone that you grew up with. You can do very illogical things when you're desperate and I think Ichigo was a very good example of this and played her role in Hiro's life well. Plus we have to also take into account that all characters are very bad with expressing their feelings.
Do I think Ichigo got what she deserved? Yes
Do I care for her?
Yes
Did I lose 4 minutes of my life typing this?
Yes

I think hiro made it clear to her from the start but she never gave up and kinda caused many problems between zero two and hiro but since she got someone and his happily its all good
