Atsumi and Masamune (the pair in the video) are the genetically parent of the young girl who is crying.

So here's an explanation (SPOILER): The town Mifuse experienced an accident. An steel factor explodes and destroyed the town resulting to thousands of deaths including Atsumi and Masamune. But Itsume or the wolf-girl is from the "reality" where her parents – Atsumi and Masamune – and her went together to watch a festival. Young Itsumi wanted a toy but Atsumi didn't bought it for her (apparently i forgot but;), they left Itsumi while sitting because she was upset thinking she will follow them. But Itsumi disappeared. Apparently she ran towards a train and transported her to the realm where the main Atsumi and Masamune lives. And on that realm, nothing evolves. A pregnant woman remains pregnant for years. But the characters, however, are mentally and emotionally growing but their body remains the same except for young Itsumi who's from the another reality. Let's jump to the end. Itsumi fells inlove with Masamune knowing nothing. She was attached. But before she met Masamune, Atsumi (her mother) take care of her for years. Atsumi knows Itsumi's real parents when she first met her because Atsumi had seen a nametag in the backpack of Itsumi. And that name tag is Itsumi's real name. But Atasumi don't want to get attach to Itsumi knowing that it might hurt her. Anyways, Atsumi and Masamune slowly having feelings towards eachother. And at the end of the movie, Atsumi told Itsumi that she will have and love Masamune to make Itsumi leave the 'realm of illusion'. 1 year later, Itsumi (in her real world) visits the town and the factory, she had a call with someone prolly her father (real-Masamune). And lastly, she's exploring the factory and stated that it was her first heartbreak.

Itsumi"the one who's crying"was in the real world and was send by the God's and the boy's father found itsumi in a train also the boy's father's had friend trapped her bacause he knew that the girl was send by the God's cuz when a strong emotion was showed by itsumi the crack from that world start to expand so they kept her but the girl who was in the floor found her and took care of her but she couldn't make itsumi love her because if she do she will start to cry if she start to love someone else so she sometimes mean to her but cared for her cause she was her daughter and the mother went to itsumi with his father which he and itsumi know that they are family., .the girl didn't know that he was her wife so she took her with him and went to itsumi but the boy loved her as friend and took care of her but he didn't know that itsumi started to fall inlove with him unfortunately the boy loved the girl and they kissed and was seen by itsumi and started to break her heart beacuse she fallen inlove with the boy
