Bro, this anime hurt me to watch man...he lost a lot of people he cared for and had feelings for, he didn't cry when his mom died, and not to mention, when that one parasite woman dies for a human baby she genuinely cared about, she gives it to this dude for him to protect and raise it and that stuff. And some people might say she was just interested in the baby, I think otherwise, because there is no way something is willing to die for another thing to keep it alive if it didn't have some significant value to the person or thing. This anime touches topics I wasn't used to even thinking about myself and I was still new to anime too, so when I saw this, it gave me a whole new perspective and made me actually dive into searching for animes instead of going with what everyone else was watching, you can really find good stuff when you go more into the animes that a lot of people don't talk too much about like "A Silent Voice"

Shinichi izumi the main character, he lost his mom, his close friends and his loved ones but yet he's was so strong he dealt with it all. Not only does this animr teaches us a lesson to always be strong but this anime also teaches us to fight ourselves more like the saying "get up no one is coming to save you" I goddammit love this anime.
