I'm a 2nd year IM resident in Ohio going into Endocrinology after residency, and I can assure you that it does get easier on a daily basis. You get more and more comfortable with things and learn how to be more efficient. There will be ups and downs, but keep up your strong habits and put wellness first outside of the hospital and you'll do great!
