In this video I am going to show you another simple recipe for your for your air fryer. Today I will be making some delicious and healthy vegetable french fries using the OMMO countertop air fryer oven.This recipe will use Zucchini and Broccoli stalks to make healthy french fries using your air fryer. Ingredients:

1 Zucchini
3 Medium Broccoli Stalks
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Cornmeal
1/4 Cup Parmesan Grated Cheese
House Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Himalayan Sea Salt
White Pepper
Celery Seed
2 Eggs

Prep:

• Peel off the outer skin of broccoli stalks using a vegetable peeler.
• Cut the zucchini and broccoli stalks into 1/2 inch thick strips about 3 inches long.
• Add the flour, corn meal and some seasoning to a large resealable bag.
• Next, into an additional bag, add Italian seasoned bread crumbs, grated parmesan and any additional house seasoning you like.
• Coat the broccoli and zucchini fries in all-purpose flour followed by egg wash and then the seasoned bread crumbs.

Place the coated fries onto a baking rack or oven tray in a single layer.

Tip: If Baking in your oven use a cooling rack over the baking tray to allow air toflow around the fries for even crisping.

Bake:

Preheat your oven at 350°F (or air fryer at 350°F for 5 minutes).

Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy. You can spray the tops with some cooking spray half way through baking.

Allow to cool and enjoy with your favorite dip. Ranch dressing with some Sriracha hot sauce works great! Enjoy!
