How to convert a Lightroom preset to 3D LUT to use on video

Here is a video tutorial about how to convert a Lightroom preset into a 3D LUT (Look-Up Table) to use on video. Many video editing applications supports LUTs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Sony Vegas, and more.

Great video. However, I'm having trouble with my LUT coming out the way it looked in lightroom. I do exactly what you do in this video, but when I load the LUT using the pixel film studios plugin, the whole vibe is off. Do you know what would cause this? My LUT ends up alot more saturated, contrasted, and darker than the one I make in lightroom

I think VLC does not create a JPG but a PNG. At least that's what its doing mine. Am I right?
