Here's everything you need to know about buying nut milk and milk alternatives at the grocery store. This was a popular request, so I made sure to cover everything you could possibly make milk from! It basically comes down to this, when buying milk alternatives at the store, buy organic and unsweetened milks. Try to buy almond milk and other milks that don't have too many oils, gums, and emulsifiers in them(watch out for those barista blends). Almond milk should always be organic, they spray the ground around the trees like crazy. Pea milk and hemp milk are the highest in protein and great for toddlers. I will put more info down below...but what grocery items should I review next? Mad love Bobby...Dessi...Rose...and Art! XOXO

Always buy nut milks and milk alternatives that are:
-Unsweetened...Vanilla is good(unless you're cooking with it)
-Organic is best and not much more expensive
-Doesn't have too many emulsifiers, oils, and gums(avoid carrageenan)

Thanks for the video. In my own research I've come to find Oatly is one of the best brands in terms of taste and quality of ingredients. I appreciate that you included they use non-gmo oil and glyphosate free oats.

Please do a video on gums, emulsifiers, common fillers, suspect preservatives, etc. and their problematic effects and/or whether they are okay. In alphabetical order. So I can save it and refer to it often. I frequently use an on line "encyclopedia" of cosmetic ingredients at Paula's Choice because I buy some of their products and it is extremely helpful.

Soy Milk! What!!! I am stunned here.

I started searching for this immediately. Most websites are saying, not to worry.
I love the taste of Soy Milk over others, which is why I use it for my daily morning coffee.

Could you please do another video with possibly more research just for Soy Milk. I feel I am deep in the water now.

Bobby, as a certified Nutritionist, I love the work you do. But the two milks you recommend, Ripple and Forager both have natural flavors. Ripple even has GMO Sunflower oil. Just wanted to let you know!

FYI, Oatly does have “non-GMO” on their packaging. It was even shown on your video.

Btw... thx so much for these great videos. Your service to the community is outstanding 👍🏼

Great job, I started watching your channel couple weeks ago and I love it, I used to do bodybuilding and I had to read and investigate every product before I buy anything and you doing this research but in a deeper level educating everyone with names of the chemicals and what they are, keep up the excellent job and God bless you, your family
and your baby .

I don't know how I didn't find you sooner! Diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease last year and I had to completely change my diet. More and more autoimmune diseases are being linked to chemicals and food.

Lmao I'm so embarrassed. When I see 16g sugar, I think "oh that's low sugar" ughhh...guess that shows how much sugar is "acceptable" in the eyes of a consumer

Bobby, on the subject of cow vs goat dairy. I just spent the last 6 months on an anti-inflammatory diet which avoided all dairy, most grains, nightshades and sugars. This in an effort to solve reflux, hiatal hernia and eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE). I’ve gone from heartburn and acid reflux every meal to maybe once or twice a month. I’ve started bringing some grains, nightshades and dairy back into my diet. It seems cow dairy with processed wheat are huge triggers. I’ve since switched to goat cheese and have found zero issues. I also can’t believe what I’ve been missing out on with goat cheese.

On a side note, my one year old son was having constant constipation and we figured it may be related to the whole milk we give him. We switched him to the A2 milk and within 3 days the stools were normal. We are now about 10 days in and everything seems to be better.

I can’t help but wonder if this is all related to the A1casin protein. I look forward to a cow vs goat dairy episode.

Firstly, congratulations on your new baby! Secondly, Thank you for this review, specifically the list of "ok" ingredients. I am in Canada and the Cashew milk that I use is made here and not part of your review. So I grabbed my container to compare with the list you spoke about and showed on screen. Very very helpful! Thank you again.

I add 2 tablespoons of organic fair trade cocoa powder (trader joes) to Malk cashew milk, into a shaker bottle and it makes great sugar free chocolate milk.
