This is worth its weight in gold. I noticed the power of drilling just a few weeks ago when doing wrestling sit outs. I don't remember the name of the pass, but we utilized that SAME movement and walking our feet out. Thanks for the looks coach!

Didn't know you played guitar, Jordan. I heard a great analogy (I think chewy) about striving to get to the point you can move and react the same way you'd play guitar...with muscle memory and feel and not really thinking. I know a few musicians and it seems to translate into BJJ well in a weird way. Great content as always.

Hey there, little update I'm now a few months into my grappling journey. Thanks to your videos I've become better! I don't have a lot of attacks because I spend most of my time defending. But I have become quite a problem for the white and light blue belts already. Still getting stomped by purple or big blue blets but the improvement is there. I finished my first white belt yesterday with a rear naked choke. I was so fkin proud :D! I'm gonna drill these during warm up. Thank you so much.

Jordan, I seriously love your videos. I was able to hit the kneeslide from headquarters on a purple belt rolling last week (only worked once lol!), and have been using your video on the Kimura Lock to not only finish Kimura's but force people to roll around in odd ways to escape it. I'm excited to try out some of these drills as well.
