Use these movements to increase mobility and body coordination for Jiu Jitsu. I recommend doing each exercise for at least a minute each and eventually start putting them together to create a nice flow.

thanks i always wanted to know what that 1st one was. knee slice, cause i seent rickson gracie doing it and im like wth!! haha gorilla pass could also come in handy to wrestlers.

I'm 5'8 and weight 145lbs. Tomorrow is my first ever lesson, you think my weight is going to make it harder for me? I go to the gym, but It takes me a lot to gain muscle. I been playing soccer my whole life. What's your opinion about skinny guys

No more cartilage in wrist. Jiu-jitsu is not for very slim people.
