I overthink a lot about stuff I sometimes can’t even control or things from the past. And it gets to a point where I give my self headaches/ head tension and cannot focus. I haven’t watched the video yet but I hope it will teach me something🙏

I also want to share with you all about how my anxiety stopped.
I went to confession. I even forgot what else to say to the priest. It was about two minutes only. And it just ended my negative thoughts. It was literally God who healed me.
