I have a Samsung galaxy flip phone and for me when ever i look up "OGT" or something kike that right it does not appear what should I do if its not there onnmy settings if it is still flashing red and green and while the thing to connect it with (I think its a USB) its not working can you give me any tips on what should i do why its still flashing red and green and what should I do on my settings (what should I find?)

Guess what folks! I read the manual! It says that when you have the transmitter plugged into the pc using the little usb adapter attached to the usb-c port, it won't charge... you have to charge it with the USB cord with USB-C end that came with the kit, only, and charge up to 2 hours. Both the transmitter and receiver need a full charge of 2 hours using those special the usb/usb-c cords. You can charge both the transmitter and receiver with cords attached to your pc, unless you charge them with another wall charger or something. But you MUST charge the transmitter (and receiver) with the cord provided on the back of the Wireless lavalier (I have the 4 in 1 so that I can use it on all devices). But I thought that the transmitter would charge through the USB-C adapter to USB attached to the computer! NOT!!!! Hope this helps some of you.

Please don't charge your phone by plugging your charging cable to the receiver here. Mine stopped working after doing that. I'm sure the current of my fast charger was too high for it.

Hello po matanong lang po naka bili po ako ng ganyan ang problima ko po ay naka green naman ang microphone at ang receiver naman may ilaw tapos kong magsalita ako walang lomabas na boses salamat po paano to gagawin para may marinig akong boses sa microphone

Mine worked but what I still get confused is mine has no usb port on the receiver so how can I recharge my phone while using the mic?

I have the ulanzi 2.4g On my iphone the receiver is blinking green light and mic is blinking green+blue... I don't know how to reset the receiver, there is no hole on it
