in english, month, day, and then year actually makes more sense HEAR ME OUT! it’s because, IN ENGLISH, that’s how we most commonly SAY the date. today is april (month) 24th (day, ) 2024 (year.) if you were to ask my birthday i’d say it’s march 11th, 2003. saying “i was born on the 11th of march” is also acceptable but it seems to prissy
