For those who don't understand the meaning last line.
if you read the captions at starting when the seller comes with hands he says "silver hath " as we continue, we see he has many options of hands. but the girl took the bronze one that's why he says "silver hath lene me dikat thi kya " because there were many options available.

Okay so this ad isn't good but it does kinda make sense...at the end she is holding what looks like a golden han(it looks bronze but that wouldn't make sense). So the logic is like this:
She definitely needs to get a hand to save him. The guy has many kinds of hands. But he was selling the Silver Hand only via UPI but the Golden Hand(which would be more expensive for sure) was available by normal card payment.

So the at the end is annoyed because she spent more money coz she didn't have UPI(if she had UPI she could have bought the Silver Hand which would theoretically be cheaper). But instead she had to buy the more expensive Golden Thanos Haath lol
So it kinda makes sense. Still a shitty ad tho.

In my sence the pit was made by the old guy and at the same time he is the only guy sells hands in desrt so nobody wouldn't bargain with him. OLD MAN = SCAM .
