I got a way from noob ok do all the treasure hunt and then the challenge for each weapon you will need to link a rockstar account for this then do energy time trial then go to Hans car or whatever his name is get free hsw token then put it on the sentinal xs you can just steal it and if your a decent driver time trial should be easy while your doing all this do the dax missions aswell the first and last dose ones then do clucking bell at this point you should have enough money to buy agency then since and repeat clicking bell and dre contract until you buy a Submarine and a nightclub, the nightclub will produce the highest amount of passive income just make sure you go back to it every hour to throw someone out or deliver a VIP to keep the popularity up if you spend long periods on GTA then the nightclub is your best friend and while you wait for that to build up just keep doing clucking bell heist, dre contract and cayo perico heist you can speed run these things and the set ups so you turn hours into minutes if you are starting from level 0 just make sure to link up a rockstar account and follow this and by the end of the day you will have a agency a sub a nightclub and be able to buy the oppressor mk 2
