Twitter is an extremely saturated market for this strategy. Mostly because of bots that message the people tweeting that out. You’re better off just cold DMing people that need help but didn’t explicitly mention it

This was one of the worst strategies out there. All I found was other graphic designers 😂. I have had more success cold dming people and on Reddit threads than this. And that’s saying something because there are way better strategies for getting clients. This may work better in Facebook groups however.
