I have a sclerotic aortic valve leaflets, aortic root dilation, mild mitral valve regurgitation, mild tricuspid valve regurgitation, and afib. Several doctors have told me I'm not sick enough to need treatment. What would you tell your patient if they were me?

One of my issues is have COPD with 30% lung capacity - I am in UK - so far my Surgeon refuses to do anything bcaus of my breathing. but now I am struggling to have the energy to walk... I have to use a scooter . but ( trying not to visualise it or think negative ) may end up changing to a motorised wheelchair.... I will know more in January.. but this is also affecting my breathing and causing muscular pains. mostly around diaphragm and back of lungs and shoulders... trying my own energy healing - I am a reiki healer.... massage and still an upward climb so far, and very fatigued.

"Under medical therapy, the heart can get stronger". I have a dilated left atrium due to mitral valve prolapse. What therapy do I do? I love to bike and hike. Thank you

I take 300 M.G. Co Q 10 twice daily, as well as 3 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil as well, as 3 table spoons of extra virgin Wheat Germ Oil daily, for my inflamed heart valve.
