Ok, so, IRl, I have a friend who's dad is a police officer, and Sheriffs patrol the ENTIRE county, not just a certain area, they patrol the entire county. So pretty much, if there's a call in the city, it is mandatory, especially for Bank Riobberies, that a sheriff deputy, if there's any around at all, that they're O/S. So, pretty much, since River City is is in the map, Sheriffs are SUPPOSED to patrol everywhere. Henceforth, sheriff deputy's would be answering to River City Calls.

@11:13 Your deputy can't call for backup cause "It gives him bad vibes." He can, however, call for extra safety (multiple people in car, felony stop, poor visibility, etc)
