Standing Dumbbell Marches: HEAVY Core Exercise For Men!

Показать описание
This simple but effective core exercise might be one you haven’t seen before!

Core marches are done by loading a heavy weight, in your hands, by your shoulders.

Then, you simply march on the spot!

The key, however, is to maintain a tight core by pulling your belly button inwards.

As you march, you need to make sure your hips stay square, and do not sag.

You need to keep an upright spine too.

You should aim to complete around 15-20 reps per leg.

Ok, someone tell me what I’m doing wrong. I’ve tried these in every single variation. One handed, 2 handed, one hand over head, one hanging. Two handed racked, one handed rack, holding lighter weights out to the side, none of it hits my core. I end up burning out my shoulders or legs far before any core benefits. Why?
