pro tip. Use iPad Pro as a tablet as much as possible. The experience is so much better and lighter for you. Using it for an hr on your laptop with the keyboard attached takes away from the light experience you get with a traditional tablet. I use the touchscreen for everything and avoid using my keyboard as much as possible for that lightweight experience. It’s awesome.

Great insights! Just a couple of observations I’ve find out myself. I don’t have an amazing monitor, but a friend of mine has the Apple’s Studio display and it works amazingly. If you’re using a printer, they usually have apps that work almost seamless for the iPad. I use an HP an the app works for me. For the keyboard and mouse problem you seem to have, I myself use a Logitech combo, and it works great. Couldn’t say the same about the MK with the trackpad, though.

the problem is certain sites don’t function correctly at times such as government sites, education school, driving course, work course etc.
That alone makes me want to stick to just my MacBook when it comes to real productivity and leave my iPad as an assistant for few minor productive tasks, aside from it already being a media consumption device.

I really like your video not video editor. I use my M4 iPad Pro for school, digital illustration, video consumption emails and to get references for my digital art. I also tether my iPhone 15 Pro Max so I really don’t need a secondary Internet service for them for, or for the prior M1 that I had it works seamlessly. I do wish the Files system was just like it is on the Macs & like you I wish the iPad played well with its own & other 3rd party software. I would imagine more people would buy more iPads if they actually worked with other nonproprietary hardware.

After my GCSEs I’m looking to buy an iPad Pro, and I’m not sure between getting the 13 inch or 11 inch, if I were to get the 11 inch I was wondering if it is worth also getting a monitor so I could use an external keyboard and mouse with the monitor and iPad while at home at my desk, but then I could just use the iPad when I’m at school for example. What do you think? Is there any point also getting a monitor, and should I go 11 inch or 13 inch?

Great video!! I have been thinking the same things you said in your video. I wish the iPad Pro could replace your computer, but it cannot. Apple does not want the iPad Pro to replace the computer. The iPad Pro is a media consumption device, use to check emails, searching the internet, drawing, and do BASIC video and picture editing. Sorry guys

This video certainly clarifies any doubts one might have about opting to give up their traditional computer. My iPad Air is just a YouTube machine and FaceTime machine. ha.
