That motion that he does at 30:00 -- I wonder if he knows the origin of that. It started off as an American southern thing, that's how you pack a can of dip. You have it in your hand and whip it in a certain way against your fingers, which creates a smacking noise. If you hold your fingers right you can create the smacking without the can, as a way to show excitement.
