Honda F Series (F22B1/F23A) VTEC - camshaft and rocker rod knoking sound

You can find many videos of F22B1, F23A with that kind of knock.
This knock is only heard when engine is warmed up and RPM is above 1700.
After engine block overhaul, incl. all bearings replacement, pistons, balancer shaft bearings replacement, the knock remained the same.
The camshaft itself has wear in journals, but cylinder head is pretty fine, using plastic gauge tells that clearance is about 0.085mm in 5th journal and 0.05mm in 1st journal.
Using the stethoscope it can be clearly heard that the knock source is from camshaft area above 4th cylinder.
Planning to replace the camshaft with rocker shafts, arms, camshaft bearing caps, so to be continued.
