The trick to the accords going fast is torque or torque multiplication. If you're going f20b I recommend t2w4 trans with 4.64 FD and accord 5th. I have another vid with 206 whp and 191wtq.

i would make sure you have:
intake: you have
header: you have
ebay 2.25" exhaust: $100-$150
F22A6 camshaft: $20-$30
p12 ecu: $20-$30
as far as intake manifold,
h23a1 intake manifold: $40-$100
double stacked iab plates: $10-$20
jdm h23 throttle body: $20-$40
the intake manifold fits like stock, with this setup you
should make 150whp which is about what a stock usdm
h22 swap makes without bolt-ons.

this same setup with some minor tweeks eventually made 209whp, 191wtq keeping a bone stock short block and bone stock ports on the head

actually the f series is the architecture of which the h22 is built. they just added the vtec with a cylinder head revision. the f series heads real weak point is the bowl at the back of the valve. with very light porting at the back of the valve to smooth the flow they make great power with a very small cam compared to the h22. most of my cams I had reground are smaller than the low cam on a usd h22 and it made more overall power. search jdm92_accorn on cb7tuner

Pulls good man. Is this in an Accord chassis? Seems about equally as fast as my bolt on B18C DC2. I made a tad more HP and probably weigh a little less, but that displacement prolly has you putting out atleast 10 more ft/lb than me if not more. (B18C-P73 pistons/rods/GSR crank, stock port P72 head, 01 Type R cams/valvetrain, AEM cam gears, Skunk2 intake manifold, Maxbore P73 TB, Comptech intake, RC310s, 190lph Denso pump, RMF narrow header, 2.5" gutted cat body, modified Type R catback, S80 HLSD tranny/4.4 Final, Comp stage 2/Type R flywheel. Tuned on S300 is made 191/137 on 93. Pretty basic setup; mostly spare/used parts I threw together to have a decent motor in my DC2 daily. Ended up doing a ton of chassis and suspension mods too and doing some road course/time attack stuff but she's still my daily as well! Always loved those F series though, a very underestimated Honda engine. Definately capable of some good power tho.

right on what mods are in there cams? Pistons id be building up the bottom end n doing sleeves for future turbo apps. im jealous i had a Z6 vtec with si trans header dc sports full cat back exhaust coilovers an double spoked fivers in pure white car was a 90 crx si celestial pear blue il send a link old vid n original a6 motor

Bro can you tell me what I need to put a f22a head onto a f23a block? Do I just need the head and non vtec ecu? Which head gasket? My bad for all the questions I got my car apart right now and need to get it running but don't fully know if I need anything else for the head swap to work

I got a 92 EX 4dr. With F22a6. I got header, air intake but I never saw my computer I don`t even know where it`s located and what I can do. I want to change the intake manifold and throttle body but I`m looking to know if I can fit the h23 or so without any modification.
