One of my all time favorite chicken dishes! And so, so easy. When friends say they want to learn to cook, I tell them to try chicken piccata. I sometimes sub the capers for chopped kalamata olives or sun-dried tomatoes.

Chicken piccata has been my son's favorite since he was a little guy. We are lactose intolerant so, do not use the cheese, just flour (or corn starch for gluten free). My family likes the sauce just a bit thicker like a lemon gravy and I thicken it a bit with flour or corn starch. We love it over rice with fresh asparagus! Now I want it for dinner tonight.

Excellent video for chicken piccata I like the way he makes it with parmigiano cheese other recipes that I seen on YouTube are good but not as good as this one.
